The Shell V-Power Racing Team is thrilled to announce the renewal of its strategic partnership with Penske Australia & New Zealand, further strengthening the collaboration between two iconic names in motorsport and performance.
This renewed partnership will see a continued focus on MAN, a world-leading brand in efficient and reliable trucking solutions.
Since the inception of the partnership, MAN trucks have played a pivotal role in supporting the logistics and operational demands of the Shell V-Power Racing Team.
These high-performance vehicles have been instrumental in ensuring the team’s equipment and resources are delivered seamlessly across the country, enabling the team to consistently perform at the highest level on and off the track.
David Noble, CEO of the Shell V-Power Racing Team, expressed his enthusiasm for the ongoing collaboration, “Penske Australia & New Zealand, alongside MAN, have a long and successful history with our team.”
“Our partnership has been united in building sustained success with a focus on continuous improvement.
“The synergy between us is strong, and continuing the journey with Penske demonstrates the passion we both share with motorsport.
“This is a wonderful relationship that we share, and to extend this agreement into 2025 and beyond is extremely exciting for us. We look forward to sharing future success with Penske.”
Hamish Christie-Johnston, managing director of Penske Australia & New Zealand, said the delivery of a brand-new MAN to the team mid-last year was one of many key milestones in the extensive partnership to date.
“The all-new MAN TGX prime mover delivered to the Shell V-Power Racing Team features the powerhouse 640hp engine, boasts excellent driver fit, great efficiency and economy, and optimises uptime,” he said.
“As with the team’s performance on the race track, MAN combines power, efficiency, and safety into an innovative and impressive package.”
As a carbon-neutral race team, the partnership will not only enhance the team’s operational capabilities but also focus on showcasing MAN’s advanced technology and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
The Shell V-Power Racing Team and Penske Australia & New Zealand look forward to another successful chapter of collaboration, driving innovation and delivering results both on the race track and in the trucking industry.
